Dates and shipment context
Edit, copy, and log manually
A practical handoff
RivetRook keeps a manual record of delivery commitments and follow-up alongside your existing purchasing workflow.
01 / RECORD
Enter a material order manually, or map and review CSV rows, correct issues, and confirm the import yourself.
02 / REVIEW
Overview and Needs Attention group overdue, due-soon, not-confirmed, and shipment-risk orders using the dates recorded for each order.
03 / FOLLOW THROUGH
Reuse saved supplier contacts, edit or copy a risk-aware draft, and log follow-up notes against the order. Drafts are not sent automatically.
Shipment context stays optional
Record only the shipment details you have. RivetRook keeps the supplier-promised delivery date separate from the latest expected date you enter.
A readable exception list
Overview and Needs Attention use recorded order dates and status to show these states. They do not send supplier messages or change an order for you.
The promised delivery date has passed and the order is not delivered.
The promised date is within three days and the order has not shipped.
The order has remained ordered for five days without supplier confirmation.
